Iwaki-America manufactures a line of small non-metallic positive displacement diaphragm pumps for OEM applications for fluid (and air) transfer. Because of their compact size, availability in DC power, and chemically inert materials of construction, these pumps can be an option for many OEM applications in medical, biotech, analyzer, laboratory and fuel cell.

Hydra-Cell high-pressure positive-displacement diaphragm pumps feature a seal-less pumping chamber, so there are no mechanical seals, packing or cups to leak or replace. The seal-less design, and check-valves enable Hydra-Cell to handle abrasives, slurries, and particulates that would damage other types of pumps. Hydra-Cell pumps can run dry indefinitely without damage to the pump with our Patented Kel-Cell design. The multiple diaphragm design of Hydra-Cell provides virtually pulse-less linear flow, without the need for expensive pulsation dampeners.
Many material options allow virtually any chemical to be transferred. Pumps are offered in various alloys, and plastic construction. Diaphragms can be provided in Buna, EPDM, Neoprene, Viton, Aflas and Teflon. A variety of hardened valve and spring materials are also available.
Hydra-Cell pumps are used in many OEM applications, including high-pressure machine tool coolant systems, chemical spraying, Car Wash, Reverse Osmosis, spray drying, and wire cleaning systems.
