Iwaki-America manufactures two series of industrial process metering pumps, the LK and IX series. LK pumps are motor driven, mechanically actuated diaphragm metering pumps with manual stroke adjustment. IX Series pumps are digitally controlled direct-drive ‘Smart’ diaphragm metering pumps with electronic speed and stroke control. Both series are offered with Kynar or 316SS head construction (K also comes in PVC), and a choice among many elastomer material options.
LK Series (AC)
Models: 5 sizes, 5 liquid end construction options for each
Flow Rate: 114.3 GPH max
Max Pressure: 225 psi, down to 45 psi on largest model
Construction: PVC, Kynar or 316SS body. Ceramic, Hastelloy C276, 316SS, Viton, & EPDM components

IBX Series (AC)
Models: 7 sizes. Digitally ‘Smart’ controlled, 1000:1 turndown
Flow Rate: 1.98 GPH max through 79.2 GPH max
Max Pressure: 73-145 psi (247 psi on smallest model)
Construction: PVDF body with EPDM or Viton & Ceramic or 316SS body with Teflon
Motor: 110Watt, 115 or 230V, 1 ph, 50 or 60 Hz motors
Hydra-Cell has taken their industrial hydraulically-balanced diaphragm pumps and developed a new line of Hydra-Cell Metering Solutions that provides a reliable, and very economical choice for virtually any industrial metering application. Hydra-Cell metering pumps meet or exceed API 671 performance standards with virtually pulse-free, linear flow. Rather than manual or electronic stroke control, Hydra-Cell pumps are coupled to a gearbox with various ration options offered, and speed control is through an inverter duty motor and variable frequency drive.
These pumps can be provided in numerous metal and non-metallic material options, and utilize standard NEMA motors. These pumps provide +/- 3% linearity and repeatability, and +/-1 % steady state accuracy at a set point. Pumps can be configured in simplex or duplex arrangements. The Hydra-Cell design works well on viscous fluids and slurry solutions.
